Born and raised in New Jersey, I left my northern roots when I went off to Wake Forest University in North Carolina where I majored in biology and later attained a masters in education. While at college, I became what I’d consider a hard-core atheist, mocking and belittling anyone that I knew was Christian. During this time, I convinced a friend of mine to go against his parents’ wishes and drop out of law school to go to seminary. Years later, at the age of 26, while looking for something new to read, I grabbed a Christian book this same friend had sent me some years earlier and God soon broke down this heart of stone and adopted me as his own.
I currently work as a software developer and am enjoying raising our kids alongside my supportive and beautiful wife, Rachel. I enjoy sports, chess, cards, and serving in any way I can for Christ’s kingdom. I’m thankful God has given me the opportunity to serve here at BLDG28.
