Technology is a wonderful thing that has given many of us the opportunity to stay somewhat connected during a global pandemic like Covid-19. But at what point does it start to hinder the very thing we as believers are called to do?
What is the benefit of gathering in person? Does it matter if we show up at a building or watch from home? More importantly, is there a scriptural mandate to gather? And if so, why?
This week, Peter, Aaron, and guest hosts Daryn Kinney and Jenae Wahlberg discuss these questions and look at how the Bible defines what it means to “be the church”.
“The church is God’s idea. We’re called to be his people, on mission, for his glory. And that looks like loving one another, walking in community, and practicing hospitality. But you can’t do that if you’re just staying home.” ~ Daryn Kinney
